AGREEMENT
shapelibrary.com allows you to use the design samples left on this studio by its designers.
- UNLIMITED USE
You can use each sample on your site or on your client’s site many times.
- MODIFICATIONS
You can modify the material on our products according to your needs.
- UNLAWFUL USE
You may not place any of our products -changed or unchanged – on a floppy disk, compact disk, or website or resell it without the written permission from shapelibrary.
- RIGHTS MISAPPRPOPRIATION
You cannot sign or delegate the right to use the product to anybody else without the written permission from shapelibrary.
- OWNSHIP
You cannot claim any of our products both changed and unchanged - your intellectual property. Downloading any free design sample doesn’t mean you have obtained the right to possess this product. All products are the property of the shapelibrary designers. The products are made available as they are with no guarantees both written and implied. No one of our staff assumes legal responsibility for any damage, including indirect, intended, unforeseen, or any other causes by using our products or inability to use our product.
- COPYRIGHT
All free works posted on shapelibrary.com are the property of shapelibrary. All logos or trademarks that are used in the free works are the property of their owners.
- WRITTEN PERMITION
You can use free works - fully or partly - in the Internet provided that a link is placed to shapelibrary.com. Any other use requires a written permission from the studio.
